Expats (Non-UAE Nationals): Minimum 20% down payment for properties under AED 5 Million (80% LTV). For properties above AED 5 Million, a 30% deposit is required.
UAE Nationals: Minimum 15% down payment for properties under AED 5 Million (85% LTV).
